Realty One are proud of their history spanning over 20 years – a history and reputation built on the successful results they deliver. Throughout their history, inconsistencies developed in their brand and the team became stale with their logo. Their logo became lost in online media, especially the ‘1’ element. Realty One met Thinking Hats to refresh their logo and brand across the board without stripping away the history and name they’ve built. We refreshed their logo with a new logo icon, typeface and take on colour palette. Their icon represents opening doors to their clients, as well as their clients opening doors to their new home (with a subtle ‘number 1’).
